浙江珠聯(lián)電器有限公司成立于1998年8月,位于浙江省樂清市磐石工業(yè)園區(qū),本公司主要配套和服務(wù)生產(chǎn)家用電器、空調(diào)；冰箱；洗衣機(jī)；微波爐；熱水器電器用線束、集成電路產(chǎn)品用的接插件、連接器、硅膠護(hù)套、PVC阻燃護(hù)套等系列產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品品種齊全, 不同型號(hào)的接插件、連接器、PVC阻燃護(hù)套等多達(dá)200余種。
Founded in August 1998, Zhejiang Zhulian Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. is situated in Panshi Industrial Park, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. Our primary focus is on the production and service of wiring harnesses, connectors, and associated components for various household appliances, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and water heaters. We provide a wide array of products, featuring over 200 different models of connectors, PVC flame-retardant sheaths, and other related items.
公司擁有先進(jìn)的精密高速全自動(dòng)沖床、精密中走絲電火花線切割機(jī)、200T平板硫化機(jī)、全自動(dòng)護(hù)套剪(切)尾機(jī)、自動(dòng)浸塑機(jī)等生產(chǎn)設(shè)備若干臺(tái)。另公司配有:端子CCD檢測(cè)儀、模具下死點(diǎn)檢知器、電子伸張測(cè)力計(jì)、投影儀、老化試驗(yàn)箱、絕緣電阻測(cè)試儀等先進(jìn)的檢測(cè)儀器。公司先后取得了ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，接插件，連接器，硅膠護(hù)套，PVC護(hù)套等產(chǎn)品通過了CQC國(guó)家認(rèn)證和美國(guó)UL認(rèn)證及RoHS, REACH環(huán)保認(rèn)證并獲得了發(fā)明專利若干項(xiàng)。
Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including precision high-speed automatic punching machines, precision medium-speed wire-cut electrical discharge machines (EDMs), 200T flat vulcanizing machines, fully automatic sheath cutting machines, and automatic plastic dipping machines. Additionally, we utilize advanced testing equipment such as terminal CCD inspection machines, die bottom dead center detectors, electronic tension testers, projectors, aging test chambers, and insulation resistance testers. We have achieved ISO9001 quality system certification and our connectors, PVC sheaths, and other products have successfully passed the CQC national certification, as well as the American UL certification and RoHS and REACH environmental standards. We have also been awarded several invention patents.
